Connect WhatsApp to WRKZY

Connect an approved WhatsApp Business account and confirm that the channel is ready for customer messaging.

Open Workspace settings and choose WhatsApp. Complete the embedded Meta connection flow, select the intended business and phone number, and wait for the connection health check to pass. Do not send a campaign until templates and delivery health are ready.
